(Sponsor) “$1000 The Home Depot® Gift Card Giveaway” Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. “$1000 The Home Depot® Gift Card” begins 12:00am November 1, 2008 – 11:59 pm April 30, 2009. There are three ways to enter the Gift Card Giveaway: 1)register for a one hour in-home Rainsoft Water and Air Treatment presentation (“Presentation”) by an B&D Quality Water, Inc. consultant (“Sponsor”) employee. To register for the Presentation either”: a) sign up at the following participating The Home Depot® retail store locations:

After the presentation, Sponsor’s employee will provide an official entry form to complete, sign and mail to the following address: B&D Quality Water, Inc. 4936 N. Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA. 93726; OR 2) You may also send in a mail-in entry to the above listed address by promotion end date. Fill out a 3x5 post card with your name, address (including zip code), home and work telephone numbers (including area codes), and mail postage paid to the address above; OR 3) You may fill out an official entry form at participating Home Depot retail store locations or at an event where the $1000 The Home Depot® Gift Card sweepstakes is promoted. All mailed entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2009. One official entry per address. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm May 8, 2009. Only original entry forms submitted to Sponsor, in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Submission of an entry form constitutes permission for Sponsor and participating contractors to contact and use entrant’s name, address, phone number and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion of B&D Quality Water, Inc. products and participating contractors products. Eligibility. “$1000 The Home Depot® Gift Card Giveaway” is open to all legal residents of the State of California, 21 years or older, who are homeowners, except employees of Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Selection of Winner. Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand prize winner on or about November 10, 2008. The Winner will be notified by phone and or certified mail, within ten (10) days of the drawing. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. The Winner can either pick up the prize at B&D Quality Water, Inc. 4936 N. Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA. 93726 or Sponsor will deliver the prize via mail. Another winner may be selected if prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable. Decisions of judges are final. Prizes: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a $1000 The Home Depot® Gift Card. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at Sponsors sole discretion. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected.
