Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. “$500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®” begins 12:00am February 5, 2010 – 11:59 pm July 1, 2010. There are four ways to enter the “$500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®”: 1)register for a one hour in-home Rainsoft Water and Air Treatment presentation (“Presentation”) by an B&D Quality Water, Inc. consultant (“Sponsor”) employee. 2) Complete an Official Entry Form at B&D Quality Water, Inc. booths at participating home trade shows, Fairs, mall shows, and home improvement stores or at any events where the “$500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®” is promoted. 3) Sign up online at www.b-dqualitywater.com. OR 4) Fill out a 3x5 post card with your name, address (including zip code), home and work telephone numbers (including area codes), and mail postage paid to: B&D Quality Water, Inc. 4936 E. Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA. 93726 by promotion end date. All mailed entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2010. One official entry per address. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm July 6, 2010. Only original entry forms submitted to Sponsor, in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Submission of an entry form constitutes permission for Sponsor to contact and use entrant’s name, address, phone number and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion of B&D Quality Water, Inc. products, you may also be required to confirm information you have provided on the Official Entry Form.

Eligibility. The “$500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®” is open to all legal residents of the State of California, 21 years or older, except employees of Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees.

Selection of Winner. Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand prize winner on or about July 8, 2010. The Winner will be notified by phone and or certified mail, within ten (10) days of the drawing. Properly claimed prize will be awarded. The Winner can either pick up the prize at B&D Quality Water, Inc. 4936 E. Ashlan Ave Fresno CA. 93726 or Winner can meet Sponsor at a conveniently located home improvement retail store for the $500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®. The location date and time of pick up must be determined and agreed upon by Winner and Sponsor at the time of Winners notification of winning. Decisions of judges are final.

Prizes: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a $500 Gift Card to The Home Depot®. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at Sponsors sole discretion. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected. Gift Card are subject to terms and conditions on the back of card and as otherwise specified by The Home Depot®. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules and the right to change official rules without notice.
